Not a designer but with your current pieces this is what I’d do. I’d get a long sofa table behind the couch and put a pair of lamps and a key dish on it. I’d use two ottomans as stools/extra seats by window/tables for the sectional. I’d do a low built in on the window side of the fireplace a tad recessed for the tv and tech. Maybe a plant for a bit of greenery there. Chair would be left where it was but mess with angle. Bar cart or shelving to take up some space on side and a small side table since it is isolated. Other side of door would have a bench with shoe storage under and either coat hooks or half the area closest to wall for a closet. The splurge would be an odd rug size or 8 or 9 by 13 ish if I’m reading the room right. You can always have carpet remnants bound for a relatively painless fix for this.

This layout might work with the TV over the fireplace, chests on either side of the FP with art above and buffet lamps

Since you have no formal foyer, I would add a console table with mirror as you walk in on the right.

Can you give us more photos , also from the outside/ main entrance ...do you really have to go into the house through that door ..are there any other options .....?????

Or are you able to build a small outdoor area in front of the door in order to give it an entrance area with a closet or area to hang coats ..sit down ..??? ..
