My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Yet another rescue Hosta.. #7

This caught my eye when I rescued El Nino. I went back to the nursery and got it today before it drowned! It's in good condition. Not too much sun and not really torn, so they probably haven't had it long? It's just been smushed and unable to stretch out. Hosta Color Festival!

    That one caught my eye a couple years ago. Wasn't my favorite the next year - I thought it looked too much like Summer Music which I also had. This year it looks different with much darker edges and better variation. It's back in the "like it" pile. I think you'll be happy with it too.
