Help with getting tomato plants under control

I have 3 tomato plants in one of my raised beds. I'm thrilled they're producing delicious fruit (unlike last year after a terrible heat wave), however they are growing out of control! I'm a fairly novice veggie gardener, so I don't know the proper way to manage these plants in terms of pruning and cutting them back. My biggest concern is if some disease or parasite hits, they will all be toast since they're pretty much intertwined at this point. Any tips are appreciated! (red beefsteak heirloom and better boy hybrid varieties)
