Master bathroom reconfiguration

I have a 1913 craftsman home. Upstairs has one standard bedroom and a large master bedroom with master bath upstairs. The master bath is accessible from the main hallway and through the master walk in/ walk through closet. The master bath is huge, and we want to turn it into two bathrooms, so one can be used for guests (since our bathroom on the main floor is a tiny powder room in the kitchen) and one is dedicated solely to the master bedroom. Ive taken photos from the stairway all the way through the bathroom, and tried to sketch out the current configuration with measurements. If anyone has any ideas or advice for this please let me know! We want to keep the freestanding tub and have a shower in the master bath, and are open to a small shower/bath or just shower stall in the guest bathroom. Any advice would help!!!

If you want useful advice, you need to post a floor plan showing where the fixtures are presently located and all the dimensions. Even though you say your master bath is huge, turning it into two bathrooms could be a challenge due to where your pipes and drains currently run, and minimum fixture spacing requirements as specified by the building codes.
