Help! Our "laundry room" is in our garage. Despite sharing a wall with the house, we don't have garage access from inside our home. This means that every time I do laundry, I have to go outside, carry the laundry through the driveway, and into the garage from outside. We don't have the money to change this right now, so in the meantime I'm hoping to make the small corner of our dark garage into a little laundry haven. Our 1 car garage is dark and only used for storage, so I know I need to add lighting. When I look for laundry "room" ideas I'm only finding dedicated laundry rooms and mud rooms - any design ideas for laundry "spaces" would be greatly appreciated. What can I do to make this small corner feel more like a laundry area and less like a garage with a washer and dryer in the corner?
