It should be fine. Even the old CCA pressure treated wood could be used for raised garden beds. The amount of arsenic leached is insignificant and not even to the quantity that one would normally find in garden soil.

Plants will not take up any residual arsenic from the soil but I would advise against growing any root veggies in that soil such as radishes, potatoes, beets, onions, carrots, etc. for a year or 2. Stick with above ground fruiting plants like peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, squash.

or if you grow root crops peel them before eating.

My understanding is that, as noted, the old CCA arsenic treated wood is not particularly hazardous. As noted, the arsenic doesn't leach out of the wood effectively, and when it does, it doesn't move far in the soil. So if you want to be worried, you might avoid planting close to the wood. By the same token, to the extent much arsenic leached out, it's not going away. Many years ago, I surrounded a bed with CCA-treated 4x4s, and I have managed to get heavy-metal soil tests every year for free for the last few years. That bed has slightly elevated arsenic, but nowhere near federal limits. That bed is next to the road, so the main issue there is lead.
