Do you have an iPhone? There is a Houzz app, but I never use it. I always use Gardenweb.com or Houzz.com instead of the app.

I do not know what phone you have but on my iPhone there is a compass looking things that I can connect to the internet with it. To the right is a couple of semi-stacked boxes. I click on that. At the bottom is a plus sign. A page with a search area will show up. For those that I want to keep I do a swipe up and leave the page. If I do not want to keep that page there is a small X on the upper left that you can click on and it will delete the page.

This is the link I use to get to Hot Topics on my iPhone. However, it doesn’t let me start a thread. I lost that capability a couple of weeks ago and can’t get it back. If I want to start a Hot Topics thread, I use the link then request a desktop version by holding down the circle arrow to the right of the url at the top of the page.

Very curious what phone/OS you have?

I use the Chrome browser on my Android phone. It's not a very new or fancy phone either.I actually have 2 phones - both Android, and an iPod Touch. I have the Chrome browser on all 3 and it works well.

I mostly use my Mac desktop tho, since I prefer using a regular keyboard.

I've never used the app.

I use iPhone with safari. Search gardenweb Hot Topics. I don’t use the app.

I have an Android phone. I use Google Voice search and if I want to post from my phone (very rarely) I sign in. I avoid apps unless I want notifications. For forums I can just log in from the browser. Home PC I simply stay logged in.

I refuse to use apps to access websites unless no other choice. I just use the web to get here. Apps tend to dummy down the iinterface options.

I can't use my phone here when the URL says "Houzz" and not "gardenweb." Everything gets deleted as I write it. Very frustrating.

I had to install another browser on my phone. I had the same problem with chrome. Whenever If I hit the space bar, the text would be deleted.

I installed Firefox on my phone and now it's working, but through gardenweb.com, not Houzz.

I have an iPhone and use Safari to get to gardenweb.com. I have no problems....e xcept reading the tiny text.

I use Firefox on my Android phone, and usually have no problems, though sometimes I can't post pictures, and unless I request the desktop site I can't use bold, italics, etc.

Another Safari user on an iPhone -- no app, just use the web site.
