I found many on google so not sure what your issue is maybe post a picture of what you think french oak looks like in your mind.

I have done some research, most I find are engineered hardwood but I need LVP

It’s not allowing me to upload a photo, the color I like is like the Terrassa French oak from lowe’s that is an engineered hardwood

If you like it as light as Terrassa French oak then look at COREtec: Manor Oak

Thank you I will look into those colors, I also like the Montpellier oak from floor and decor which is a little darker than the terrassa oak

Do you have a ProSource near you? I found that my local store has lots and lots of LVP.

I can't believe anyone would agree to spend $8+ psf for vinyl tile. They all appear too fake in appearance. Unless this flooring is being installed in a bathroom with a shower, I'm not sure 'water proof' anything is required.

This is the style/color she likes from Lowers that is engineered wood.

@Amanda 123 I'm looking for the same style floor in LVP. I also love the look of the Montpellier Oak. Did you pick a floor? I was going to check out Karndean but worry it will look less real without the bevel I see in a lot of the coretec and provenza floors. I saw a floor online that looked perfect from Coretec but apparently they only carry it in Europe. I also really want to see Ravenwood but can't find it anywhere.

@Lila S Were you able to see a sample of Ravenwood? I can't find one near me. If so, can you tell me how it compares to sweet talker? I have a sample of that one.

I thought the high end LVP looked good 5-7 years ago, but ended up going with engineered wood. But recently I was in a quality flooring store (not a big box, not a discount chain), and I have to say, the graphics of the wood-look LVP were pretty amazing. Have you all seen it lately?

For such a big purchase, where installation is sometimes(often, where I live) more $$ than the product, I'd go up a couple notches in quality, and not shop at the chains.

I have heard the quality of the lvp at the big box stores is significantly less than the specialty flooring stores, and my research supports this. The HD and Lowe’s floors are slick and plasticy, where the quality Provenza and COREtec products just are not in the same field. So very much better.
