little more info plz ...

anything new happen in its life.. just bought it.. just brought it home.. just moved it.. repotted it.. etc ...

its not uncommon ... even for houseplants ... for it to lose some older leaves as winter rolls around .... and if its just one or two leaves.. just snip them out ...

in my cold MI house ... the forced air furnace is part of the cause of such things... the humidity in the house starts going down.. and it just seems like the older leaves know its time ...

is there current new fresh strong growth???

hard to tell from the pic.. but perhaps its outgrown its pot ... and thought you water the same... there isnt enough media left in the pot for it to get what it needs ...????

It has been in the same pot for about 5 months or so and has been in the same part of the house. There is still quite a bit of space in the pot, so I don’t think it is the potting issue. Although it is potted with a peace lily.

The spots are small and brown and I noticed that two of the new little leaves also have some spotting...

Spathiphyllum are generally more tolerant of wetter conditions than Calathea. If there's still plenty of room in the pot with both plants then the pot is too big. The soil isn't draining fast enough for the Calathea. You'd be better off separating the plants and potting up the Calathea in a smaller pot with very light soil.
