No lists here either!

I am not doing any Christmas sewing this month. I will do the BOM and then clean up the room. I did not get that done last week.

I am feeling a bit stressed out, ( actually some days a lot stressed out) and am not able to get in much time at the machine. DH is still doing therapy twice a week, is still not able to drive, which means I am Mrs. Uber. It isn't that hard to do, ( I keep telling myself), but it does mean that my days are dictated by his schedule. And some weeks, there is an appt. or event every day.

Anyway, this too shall pass!

But I, too, am thinking about goals or hopes for next year. A couple of techniques I have never done. Will post that in January.

My goal is to quilt and bind a quilt that should be delivered to my niece at her wedding in April. We will pass through Omaha on our way home in the spring, so I have to get it quilted before we leave on December 26. I'll also need to prepare the fabric that I will take to Palm Desert to work on during winter there. And I have to bake the 1,000 cookies that I make and distribute every Christmas. Our choral concert is 12/15, so that means three rehearsals and the performance by then. I also have to pack for our trip. I have only 22 days before we leave. Yikes, I'd better get cracking.

This month I want to finish (FINALLY!) the king-size quilt I've been going on about. I started hand-sewing the binding to the back last night, so maybe I'll even finish it this week! I also want to catch up on the BOM and start assembling that top (I think I have two blocks to make). Once the BOM top is done, I want to quilt it and a crazy quilt top my mom made so they can go to Project Linus.

I don't know if I'll get all that done because my musical activities ramp up a LOT in December! But I'll be happy with whatever gets done.
