Is this the genuine Aspects 407?

I recently reordered an Aspect 407 from Amazon (I own it and love it!), and what came... was not that. It looked similar, but had no mounting bracket or ant moat (so one would have to take the entire thing down to clean in), and was ~2x the volume. So, to be clear, does this really have a separate mounting bracket? What is the packaging?
