We just ordered from doors4home, I wish I would have paid the extra money and bought locally. Getting the door off the truck was nearly impossible, they only offer curbside delivery or maybe I missed the white glove delivery option? Once we finally got it into the garage we were supposed to inspect it, but just unboxing was a whole other chore and the delivery driver was rushing us, understandably since it took some time to get off the truck. That was our fault for not making her wait, but at that point we knew even if there was damage we weren't equipped to box back up and load back up to the truck. Once we finally got it partially unboxed there was a small chunk in the wood that was chipped. I will be calling them tomorrow but I am sure they are going to tell us too bad, we should have refused delivery. What we should have done was ordered from somewhere local and let them deal with the delivery, inspecting, etc. Still not sure how we are going to get this door from our garage to the painter to the new home...my Husband is hating me right now for going this route.
