A couple of years ago I was in a high end thrift store and spotted a beautiful shiny fish poacher. I had never poached a whole fish - or even part of one and thought it would be fun to try - so I bought it. I am sure I did not pay more than $4 or $5. It has been in the basement - but occasionally I would notice it on a shelf. Yesterday I bought myself three bright blooming primroses. they are pretty small but full of blooms and more to come and only $1.15 each. lol Brought them home and today put them in the poacher on the porch and they are perfect! Here is what they look like and I promised them that I would not poach them! lol The container even has a rack on the bottom and two little handles for lifting out the rack. Aren't they cute?

just in case some day I decide to poach a fish! hahaha
