KILZ PVA OR KILZ 2 PRIMER

KILZ PVA Drywall primer or KILZ 2 multi purpose for my basement. I had some new drywall work completed on the bottom of the existing wall. I want to paint but not sure what primer to use. I plan on using SW Satin Sheen once I put two coats of primer on it. I'm worried about flashing as well.
