The liquid has no "oxi" ingredients. It does has four enzymes as opposed to the usual three. It has an OBA ingredient, which I'm sure Persil has. IMO, liquids that tout oxi is a gimmic. I don't believe that enzymes can survive in liquids with the additions. Powders however are different. All of Tides powders have sodium percarb. and most have activators.

I don't think liquids with enzymes can be used with chlorine bleach, but they should be able to be used with oxygen bleach. You are correct; there is no oxygen bleach in these tide pods. The word "oxi" actually doesn't mean anything, it is just a marketing term.

I have used these pods but I don't think they are any better than liquid Persil.

Not good or bad. Works good in a true warm wash at 105F, but thats about it. The smell isn't my favorite either.

Chlorine bleach is incompatible with enzyme detergents in that it deactivates enzymes. It can be used with enzyme detergents (liquid or powder) but should be added some while later in the wash period so the enzymes first have time to work. The automatic bleach dispenser on the majority of frontloaders release either toward the end of the wash period or into the first rinse. Most toploaders nowadays don't have timed bleach dispensers, they funnel it into the outer tub immediately upon pouring the bleach into the dispenser. Observe your machine's operation (frontloader or toploader) to confirm when the dispenser releases. Note that the "oxi" dispenser on some machines is not the same as a dispenser for liquid chlorine bleach.
