It looks like it’s made of wax tbh;). Your cactus resembles Acanthocereus tetragonus cv. Fairy Castle. If you don’t mind me asking, but where did you buy it?

There are offsets coming out of every areole that’s why it lacks spines.

Not sure what you mean by if this is natural, but cactus have been known to do this.
