No, I haven't. I always seem to find the RU site hard to navigate, so I don't look there very often. But I will look this weekend, and if it isn't listed maybe I'll reach out to them. Thanks !!

It is listed under "climbers" in the "classes" section. Their website does take some getting used to. The way to see if it is in stock is to email Pat and ask -- she runs a very small business, so it is a little less convenient than some of the other nurseries. I've gotten good roses from her, and she offers some unusual varieties.

I remember it being there on their website, under climbers. Whether or not they plan to have it this year is another matter, and you'll have to call or email to find out.

Now I need to start finding new places to potentially grow, and then buy, all the amazing but, I think, somewhat obscure roses I've added to my list after drooling over Rosylady's Sacto HCC trip.

With 200+ roses already, I thought I was getting close to being done. I guess not!

I have a big one in my garden - it came with the house. It's a fantastic re-blooming rose with out of this world fragrance, so I gave cuttings of it to two local nurseries in the hopes that they would make them more available to the world. Although the cuttings took, neither had true success with propagating them. Turns out neither got very vigorous plants. One of the growers planted some out, but they have proved slow and showing weak growth, despite ample care and abundant fertilizer. This prompted the theory that perhaps they are generally grafted onto a more vigorous root stock before being sold in the trade. I don't know this for sure, but now I'm really curious, and would love to find out. Tempted to take some more cuttings and see for myself, thinking maybe their lack of success was a timing thing. If you're ever up north in Portland, you are more than welcome to come by and take some cuttings from my rose, if you want to try yourself. Would love to share - this rose deserves to be grown far more than it is.

Mine is own root and is very vigorous. But I have it in a large planter ...wonder i that makes a difference.
