@vicki barrett did you buy the Harris sectional? We're thinking of purchasing and would like tohear what you think.

Hi Sebago did you end up purchasing the Harris?

@Manasvi S no I did not. After reading reveiws on Readit, seemed to be "beginner" couch - a lot complained it did no hold up. I'm almost 99.9% sure I'm going to purchase the Cade from Room and Board. More expensive but I want a couch to last 10 years - plus no down which is important to me.

Stay far away from West Elm. I ordered the Harris sleeper sofa sectional - after 1 week, it squeaks when it we sit on it, my husband is about 190 lbs. and the cushion he's sat on maybe 3 times is now sinking. The material is also loosening on the chaise after 7 days. To top it off, when I received it, it had 2 tears, one in each cushion and some dirt stains. I'm going to return it.

I would stay far away from West Elm. They were so good, now I feel quality has come down. Just my opinion!

@Lupe I was given the option to return it or obtain $800 off of tht price

I’ll let you know when I get it in about two months. Considering the price, expectations are in line with reality.

Dont buy a harris sofa, mine started squeaking after a year, fabric gets loose . quality is not there. customer service wont do anything . I have an arhaus sofa,a rejuvenation sofa and a room and board one,14 y/o and still in perfect conditions. stay away from west elm sofa
