I have some yellow and red potatoes that sprouted before we could use them and I'm thinking of using them to plant for the season. I just took them out of the bag this morning to take a look and I'm uncertain about what I am looking at. I was expecting to see all white sprouts but some have dark coloration on them. Wondering if that is normal and I can still use them or not? I took a couple of photos that might help to see what I am talking about....
