Need some help! Replacing current siding and need some advice on color and what to accent if anything with either stone or Cedar shakes or board and batten. Anticipate horizontal clapboard as main siding. (open time suggestions) It is a 3000 sf cape In New England. I wish we lived in A contemporary and the interior is open bright and modern but sadly the exterior needs To match the relatively new brown roof. The back of the house is unobstructed southern exposure so we need to use a light color as fading has been a major problem with current siding and new azek decking. Any advice is appreciated!
