Need photos—one that shows most of the tree from a distance, and another that shows the leaves in detail. A description is also helpful. What type of bloom does this tree have and when does it bloom. All trees bloom; they just don't all have noticeable blossoms. What does the seed look like?

The fruit almost look like jujubes. But I've only ever seen one of those trees once and I don't know if it's possible have the green fruit without any leaves.

I saw my neighbor pulling out of her driveway this morning, she called it a plum. She is Asian with a thick accent, so it was hard to communicate much more than that and keep a safe distance.

Well, it doesn't look like any kind of Prunus. Can you show us again when it has leaves?

Probably June-Plum, Spondias dulcis . Its a tropical fruit native to SE Asia.
