That should tell you something about painting it black..you may have too much sun exposure for such a dark color...and really ...i think black is more appropriate on a much more contemporary...sleek ...style home ..even in that case it is best on only sections of the home for architectural accentuation or contrast...

However painting the trim is a big job and it looks right in white...so i would think about a color on your pretty home..lighter so it wont fade..and softer to the eye in the natural setting.

I would go with white.

I like the dark charcoal gray with white trim and no shutters. If you didn't get more than 2 years out of the SW I would have called the company. Frankly I would not use SW on anything

I find the dark color to be off-putting in your setting, while it IS an attractive look in general. I agree with above suggestions for a softer color, just maybe not white if you want white trim? Definitely no shutters.

Don't think black would turn out well. Perhaps a medium charcoal gray. I like the contrast between the window and door trim, the vents, the columns, etc. and the walls and that will be lost if you paint it all white. If you do install shutters on any of the windows I would make them functional and sized correctly to the windows. Good luck!
