Contractor came up with a generic layout of kitchen based on what we wanted in the kitchen and he came up with this layout.
Recap - there is no formal dining room so my “formal” dining room table will actually be in my kitchen but ideally will not be using it on a daily basis. So for that area I’d like built in China cabinets to display some of my fine China and crystals. Need a place to put a TV/camera viewing. Instead of have a separate everyday table I thought a second island used for seating would do the trick without having two tables in one area.
So contractors placed Column fridge and freezer where indicated and my concern of it being out of the way. From my own research on Houzz I noticed there was that working triangle when it comes to a kitchen layout. So not sure if where they placed those appliances would work with the overall flow
Of this area. Any advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated.
