You need a whole home reorganization. That’s an Interior Designer that you need to hire. Once you get the whole house redesigned to flow better, then you can work with a Kitchen Desihner for the kitchen.

What we need is a to scale floor plan showing all windows, doorways measurements all marked dark enough to be easily read. Use graph paper it makes it much easier for you to do for us to read. Why the pics of the bathroom? BTW in your case we need the whole main floor to scale. Show us plumbing if it can’t be moved and gas lines , ceiling height comes in handy and a good idea of your budget.

Do you need you keep the shower? If you get rid of the wall oven and cooktop, and use a 30" range, you could put the fridge beside the basement door, and if possible (I don't know, but looking at the video it looks as if the shower is on the other side of the small pantry), recess the fridge into what is now pantry and bathroom shower. Then, if you can move the wall between the kitchen and laundry, it looks as if you can expand the kitchen that direction at least 18". I don't know if all that would be worth moving the fridge a few feet into the kitchen. Are the ovens 30"?

We need a layout.

Here is the floor plan. It isn't perfect, but hopefully you can get an idea. I really just want to work on the left side of the house and not touch the bedrooms or living room. From the kitchen there are stairs that lead to the basement. From the hallway there are stairs that lead to the attic. The attic stairs are directly above the basement stairs. I do want to keep the shower but I'm open to reconfiguring the left side of the house or in the empty room.

Best case scenario on the right. I assume since the post is supporting a weight-bearing wall, you'd need a new beam (red lines in kitchen) if the right side of the kitchen can be moved back. In line with the post:

The red line across the kitchen is the same length in each drawing.

I would move the down staircase to the immediate right of the door descending down along the exterior wall then open up space for kitchen etc.

PS The bedroom closet would be smaller but the kitchen would be amazing. If you are putting in a new kitchen you can afford to move the staircase!
