My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

LOVE the patterned bench (grey/yellow) in this picture. Can you please tell me where you got it?

I see that fabric everywhere--it's a fun one. I don't think it's an exclusive pattern, so there could be several vendors who carry it. Look online at a site like www.CalicoCorners.com. Might be Robert Allen. Love the combo of gray and yellow!

I have the same draperies. Love them! They seem to go with almost everything.
