What a lovely home! I agree with deadwooddina. I would suggest consulting with an expert on Queen Anne homes when choosing a third trim color. I think that's really all it needs if you want to bring just a bit of interest to it.

I think you should wait until the table is done then see if there is a store with these in stock so you can test drive maybe a couple of different ones in my mind I would like to see some connection to the table so the wood could be the same colour and it might work. The table has those ornate legs so I finf the chaie a bit busy in the leg department if you see what I mean in the pic how about something like the ghost chair same feel as the table but a great play on the style

Just noticed this thread. I will respond cause there is not much information on these tiles and others might find this helpful. I used Daltile Artigiano in the Venice (dark taupe) in my bathroom recently; it looks great but was a difficult project for my installer. The paler edges of some of the tiles do show a tiny bit of tan but barely enough to notice. The surface of the walls is slightly uneven, as you would expect for this type of rustic tile. I used the dark brown tiles with three rings of matte black pencil molding.
