Hello, I am thinking of building the 90" sektion cabinet as a coat closet and need it to be 36" wide. Ikea does not make a 36" cabinet that is taller than the base cabinets and their 90" cabinet is only 30" wide. Is there a way to create a 90x36x24 closet? I don't want to butt two 90x18" as it won't have the open space inside.

I've had someone say buy addition three 30X36" base cabinets and use the base of one and backing of each of the cabinets to create the width and height and buy a 15x36x24" upper cabinet to utilize the top portion. Is that possible? seems like a lot of additional cabinets that might go to waste.
