Catch water from grow bags

I have some tomatoes growing in grow bags, and the bags sit on plastic trays. Water leaks into the tray when I water the plants. Can I leave the pots stand in the water? - I assume a lot nutrients get flushed out in the water, and I'd like them to be re-absorbed by the plants. I've noticed that it takes a day or two for the water to disappear. Not sure it's re-absorbed or evaporated.

Wouldn't worry too much about this, I doubt there is really much nutrient absorption back of any major significance. You can always recycle the water, pour the plastic tray water back into the pot on some days, if that isn't too difficult.
