It happens (and happened) here too, even during regular storms with hard winds and mushy soil. I just gently lift each stalk up and place a shovel full of soil packed around the bottom to hold them up. They should recover ok as long as the weather behaves itself. This is unrelated but your corn should be spaced/thinned out a bit more if you want bigger ears. Spaced 10" apart here gives me 1-2 bigger ears per stalk.

Looks like yours aren't too bad. They may grow upwards if the sun shines enough. We had a fairly big area of corn in our garden in the past. It ended up being too much work overall. But when the wind did knock it over, we would put stakes up on each end and run some twine from one stake to the other, to hold it up. It worked pretty well........but then the raccoons would eat the corn. :(
