anyone know bout using mesh bags for blanching

saw a YOU TUBE video where a lady blanched her green beans in a nice reusable mesh bag. She said from Territorial Seeds. what kind of fabric? content would these mesh bags need to be? cause if can't find could sew them// I have some mesh but it looks to be poly or similar.. anyone know or where to buy such that would hold up to blanching etc ???

I use a spider to take my beans out of the hot water. It's pretty easy.

I didn't see anything like your friend describes on Territorial's website. I think the bags would have to be silicone to withstand boil water temps.

I use one of these multi-cookers to do most of my blanching (except corn).
