Yes. Romans and Cellular shades can be made that way.

I'm more interested in the cellular, but the day/night one I have does not have the top down bottom up feature. Are you sure that's possible, to be made that way?! Any ideas on where to see one?

Could have swore I saw them somewhere, but must have been wrong. Can't find them in a search. Sorry. Seems it should be possible tho.

helptheshire, I have not been able to locate any as you described. I have the day/night cellular shade in our bedrooms, but must have a top down bottom up for the living room to maintain our view. The best I can suggest is if you were to get a slim profile roller shade to use behind a cellular shade.

I have looked and searched for weeks everywhere...

Unfortunately and surprisingly, shades with BOTH features: "Day-Night" + "Top down-Bottom up", do NOT exist !!!

Nobody makes them.

I have Hunter Douglas top-down shades in my bathroom. There were several different fabric options at the time. I can tell you that being in the sun for over 20 years, they still look brand-new. You might see what they offer now. I’m remodeling this bathroom after Christmas and will be buying them in my new color.

I enquired about this in the past and was told it would require a third track. Thinking about that, where would the cord to operate the third track be located? Both left and right sides are already occupied. Cords can’t be too close or they’d tangle together, hence why they’re on the left and right.

A third track might need to operate differently, perhaps similarity to how a top down bottom up Venetian operates with its tilting of the louvres. Perhaps this could happen with powered only blinds that didn’t have cords
