Dear gotro17, The pizza oven was an insert, specifically designed for pizza oven construction. We designed and constructed the bases for grill and pizza oven and put it all on stone floor. Did that answer your question?

PS. we also constructed the surrounds of the insert and then plastered

Nice- thank you! Where did you find the insert? There are so many? Do you do work in Thousand Oaks ever, and do you have experience with edible landscapes? We have roughly 25 fruit trees on our property and are zoned for Ag. We plan on downsizing our chickens from 30 to 12, moving our coop across the yard to accommodate a guest house.

Hi Gotro17, I just pulled the folder and have the name of the company. It was purchased from Chicago Brick Oven and the specific insert we used was CBO-500. It comes with detailed instructions on how to install. Your place sounds like a dream come true. I do many edible landscapes, however we do not come to Thousand Oaks...such a shame.
