I have a similar problem in my guest room. There is only one wall where the bed can go. I have tried to balance the window with some art work (looking for a bigger piece of art to replace the print that is there. Using the same main color also keeps your eye going around the room so you don’t focus on the lack of symmetry.

A picture(s) can add balance to the wall.

Consider draping the entire wall and centering the bed for symmetry and equal walking space on each side of the bed. You probably won’t have the window uncovered because of the neighbor’s window. I hope there is another window in
the room that can be your source of natural light.

I would hang tall light blocking drapes across the entire width of the window wall in the same color as your bed cover, which appears to be white in the photo.

I agree with felizlady as Nancy. Do a beautiful full wall set of drapes and keep it a neutral color. The room will look very rich and no one will know about the window but you. I love your inspiration photo! Go for that look!

Drape the back wall or drape both ens so they look like they match. Make sure the drapes start at the ceiling.

Symmetrical drapes would help

Do you have to have two nightstands? If so I would use shelves to servce as night stands - one under the window and about the width of the window and thre slightly shorter ones on the opposite side stacked 3 high with about 14 inches betwenn each of them. you will want wide shelves at least 12-14 inches deep.
