My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

New construction plumbing issues?

New construction home. It’s been a week turning on faucets sparingly (once in the morning and once at night- still not fully moved in). It used to longer for the water to get hot, now after a week, it gets steaming hot after a few seconds. Is that normal with a new construction home? It also sputters and it’s cloudy.
