Beautiful floral arrangement!

First I thought there was a cat in the leaves; then I thought a skunk(?); but it was Luke! It does look like a lot of fun!

Great dog pix peren. While trying to figure out what was in there the third pic had me thinking skunk!

newhostalady I cannot recommend strongly enough! The sheer joy they bring is incredible. I miss having a cat too but my DD's fiance is highly allergic to them.

utog the lady my DD works for is a lovely woman and has always encouraged her to make an arrangement for herself and one for me for holiday times. With the shop being closed for two days she wants the flowers used. Thankfully the orchids are among the top that need to be utilized. I can't recall an arrangement that did not include them. Our dogs could vie for who likes their ball more lol! Luke has multiple toys including stuffed animals. I'd bet yours does too!

That's a beautiful arrangement. I didn't realize those were orchids until Utog pointed it out. Excellent color for fall!

I'm a little late, but I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Seems a more sensible time of year to have it before the snow starts flying (in some areas like mine).

Thank you sandyslopes we did! Yes, if we waited until late Nov. we would have no fresh vegetables. We harkened back to an older tradition and had wild duck. The a l'Orange was not but it was fabulous. We had venison too but the duck was the star!

Laurie, that is frightening! I know of too many dogs and cats that coyotes have gotten. I've heard they'll try to get a dog to join the group and when they lead it farther away they attack. Luke is big enough that a lone coyote might not mess with him, but in a pair or group, I'd be worried for him. I'm glad you were there keeping an eye on him!

peren..I'm late getting to your post..what a gorgeous floral arrangement..I'm glad that you had a nice time 🙂..I'd love to see Luke go crazy in my yard..in just 2 days we're now completely covered with leaves..he'd be exhausted if he ran through all of them Lol..

sandyslopes we have always been watchful of the dangers from wild animals but especially vigilant since this incident. We heard the pack yipping in the distance for two nights about ten days ago. The farmers around here do not put up with them. It makes me sad but I hope they get them all.

Luke runs loose during the day with us there and comes in every time we do. After dark we take him out on a leash. I am not thrilled about the bear that passed by 2 different trailcams either. We know they are always around but confirming it always adds to the worry.
