electrical load capacity

Hello, I would like to change our gas range to induction range or induction cooktop with a wall oven under it. Our condo has 60amp right now and an electrician said he can change it to 70amp. I am worried the induction will be too much for it but I REALLY want it lol.

Any tips?

The range I am looking at is 40amp total

The cooktops I am looking at are 30, 35 or 40 and the wall oven is 20amp.

Our condo is about 900sf.

I'll appreciate any help in the matter!

S, with upgraded service of 70 Amps and cooking on induction plus bird in the oven = 40 + 20 = 60 Amps

Not much room for lights, hot water, heating and A/c, etc, etc.
