White specks on lumbers

I'm asking about friendly advise\ opinion.
I'm newcomer in USA. Yep, we exist during this crazy time :)
I'm buying new home and see that 3 lumbers have strange white damage. Maybe somebody can tell me is it ok, or it's really bad? Thank you
