Plantation Road is finished

It's funny... I had no expectations for this quilt when I started, but now I just love it. It's from the book Tributes and Treasures by Paula Barnes and Mary Ellen Robison. I have some toile left over, and I found another pattern to use it, but I don't think it will compare to this one. I almost hate to give it away, but a person can have only so many quilts.

I agree, it is just beautiful. I've only done one quilt (lap) on point and really need to do more. I think it adds so much.

It's a great book, Char. I've made three of the patterns already. I had never been into traditional quilts until I found this book. The patterns seem to be traditional with a modern twist.
