Looks like a cute cottage, but the landscaping is a bit formal and rigid for a casual house. Porch posts look a bit wimpy; beef those up; maybe like below or a more slender version.

Ooh! That looks different! What would you think of replacing the stucco with cedar shake siding? How would that look?

Suggest taking out the 2 narrow plants flanking the front walk steps at sidewalk. They close up the space - just not inviting or a good feel to walk through. If you really want something there they should be no more than 2’ high. I like the suggestions of adding bulk to the porch posts. They look too fragile especially against the dark window & front door. I think just those two simple changes will have a surprisingly big impact on the look of house.

Perfectly charming home, but the corkscrew topiaries are very distracting. I would reduce the amount of grass and create a perennial garden in the front to accent the home. I wouldn't bother with changing the walkway, just make sure the beds around the walkway are serpentine in shape.
