Under Cabinet Length Compared to Cabinet Width

I am replacing some under cabinet lighting after a kitchen renovation. My old lighting was hard wired with each light bar having little bulbs in them. I want to replace three light bars with LED hard wired light bars with multiple brightness options (2700k, 3000k and 4000k). The widths of my upper cabinets are 30", 30" and 52" (two cabinets but nothing in between underneath so i can use a wide light across 52").

My question is what length of lights do i get for my 3 sections of cabinets? Originally i had 3 18" units. I haven't had much luck finding the answer to this question. Only a few sites mention going as long as possible or 2" less than the cabinet width but that's it. Do i go 24", 24" and 48"? Or is it really personal preference or...

As an aside people have left comments about 14 gauge vs 12 gauge wiring. Not sure what that's about.

After doing some research I'm looking at these options:

Dals (only go up to 24" so may need to connect two under longer cabinet) : https://www.wayfair.ca/lighting/pdp/dals-lighting-24-colour-temperature-changing-hardwired-linear-accent-light-dslg1311.html

Getinlight (go up to 48") :https://www.amazon.ca/GetInLight-Dimmable-Cabinet-Lighting-Finished/dp/B0142E5P2W/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=GetInLight&qid=1608450128&s=hi&sr=1-1-spons&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFDWEpKNVRSOVdIOEEmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAxOTgxMzkyMllaR0M4TDZJR1NBJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA5MTMxMzhSNVBZTEpaVjA3VlYmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl&th=1

Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
