I did a long search for just such a product, and they do exist, but trying to combine that much decor with a working fan is difficult. Many of the decorative fans don't do as great a job as just one fan that is a dedicated fan unit. You might look into installing a fan on the side of the room that is oscillating. They make these that can attach to a wall and might serve your purpose. Seems like a waste to take down that beautiful fixture.

What about a fan like this? I googled fandeliers, and OMG, you weren’t kidding about all the crystals.

I wouldn't do that, the fans are decorative at that point not as functional as you would think, plus the light fixture portion gets dusty and well I just dont think they are practical especially if you plan on using it as a fan more than not. I would look at fans that are decorative instead like Monte Carlo fans, Minka Aire, Kichler, they make a lot of "pretty" fans Most fans can have a light kit added to them as well. Sometimes you dont need downlight and you can get a nice up light

We have been looking at them for over our kitchen table. I haven’t been impressed with the style or the prices. I’m leaning toward a small fan for over the table and a larger coordinating fan for our family room, because they will be relatively close in proximity. We are getting natural cherry cabinets with brushed nickel/stainless fixtures/appliances, and finding a complimentary fan or fan/chandelier has been difficult. My husband is set on a fan over the table (our kitchen table gets full sun most of the day and gets warm). Suggestions welcome.

Julie R I’m wondering what you decided about fan choice? I’m looking for the same. Fans really help with the temperature when i don’t want to turn down the thermostat.
