You are obviously rocking that mid century modern vibe!!!! As for painting the wall, how about picking up one of the colors from your painting in the living room - a blue https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/paint-colors-by-family/SW6794-flyway or a toned down version of the yellow https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/paint-colors-by-family/SW1667-icy-lemonade? I wouldn't go with the orange, because that's for the original mid century modern, and you've got a more neutral version of it. Another option is to go with a tan color. Keep in mind how much natural light comes into the room and how much time you spend here. Look for another wall decor piece. I like Rothko, but that's me. https://www.art.com/gallery/id--b964518/mid-century-modern-art-posters.htm?SSK=Mid%20Century%20Modern%20Art&WT.oss=Mid%20Century%20Modern%20Art&SSK_ssg=Mid%20Century%20Modern%20Art

Another option is a deep charcoal that I saw on Nick Lewis youtube. He has a similar look to yours. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBCoToVHF-8

You already have some very nice furniture pieces and a good color scheme. What do you need in the room? Storage? or just decor? If storage, you could find a shallow cabinet for dishes and such to use on the dining table. Since there's decor on the adjacent wall, you might want to place a mirror on top of a narrow console with lamps on either side. I'd also add a chandelier over the dining table.

Elaine, that's awesome, I also have this across from the dining table

Diana - kinda all three. I just bought this home in March and it was a completely remodeled home. So I'm gradually getting things decorated. I thought something like an accent/painted wall with maybe a side table, maybe with storage, and then something for decoration. I like the ideas i'm seeing with a darker blue or something to go against the white. I'm not the most creative type. :)

Jinx, thank you, those ideas are great!

Some great wall treatments! Here is a simpler idea that would look good.
