I’d be very grateful for any tips on the make of this timer/where to get directions for its use.

I controls our outdoor front lights, and I’ve tried a bunch of different ways to “program” it without much luck. Unless I put the selector switch to “on” and then press the dial (it’s also a click switch itself) then the lights only flicker/seem to be half on when the seller is in the middle (on timer, I assume) or turned to on.

Really appreciate your time and help to share any leads (and your kindness when telling me there’s a really obvious, easy solution)!
