==>> generally.. trees will not root from cuttings.. there are a few exceptions ...

if you show us leaves of the tree .. we can ID it.. and go from there ...

I think the OP is asking something about Pothos, not pathos nor photos. But other than that I can’t decipher the message.

I’m sorry I apologize I’m still trying to figure out this speak to my phone and see me write myself but my question was, if you can make a bonsai out of a golden pothos. And I know Pothos those are extremely overrated but this guy has a growing like a tree so imagine using it as a trellis instead of a Moss-pole. My question is has anyone tried using mature Golden pothos trunk that grows from a tree as a trellis at the same time propagating it. I apologize for the typos I’m an old woman with a new iPhone LOL. Has any of you guys tried this before and if so have you trained anything to go upwards that could be any plants. Here’s the dude he has it almost like a big trunk that almost looks like a tree. Would it be considered a tree?

I saw your other posting and gave an answer there that related to your other question, but..

Grow a pothos vertically? Sure! On a moss pole or trellis is fine, and since you're in Florida, that's relatively realistic. Even here in PA it can be done, just...slowly.

Pothos aren't really overrated, people love them for a reason. Some are gorgeous. They're easy to care for, forgiving, and quietly do their plant thing if you need to ignore them for a while.

If you love the pothos, check out the monstera. It's a relative that I think is even prettier, great for beginners, fast-growing, loves a moss pole, and has an exotic look while being so easy-care in most settings.

(I should sell these things, I swear).

Oh my God I just found Monstera and now I’m going to plant it my friend gave it to me loook. But from what I hear I heard that these grow into trunks too i’m looking more for that tree look . I put it in a very old cement planter I made

I know it sounds kind of cheesy. But when I was young I want to say around the 80s I found plants to be very inexpensive. But now I see these beautiful things like I saw verigated form of this when I was younger I every Lowe’s but now they’re so expensive. If the production of plants is infinite why does it need to be so much when you can just get a cutting. Well this is a cutting that my friend gave me I hope it gives birth to a new Monstera.

I do think plants have gotten more expensive over the years, yes! One thing to do is haunt dollar stores; they sometimes have living plants, particularly in late spring. One of my local one does.

Monstera root easily from cuttings, so that one should have no problem. :-)
