Edited to add that I'd call the place "Gather." or perhaps "Carnegie's Hall." Maybe too esoteric depending on your area . . .

I think it would be a nice reference to its origins to call it “Carnegie”. Although there will be variances in pronunciation (car NAY gi versus CAR neg ee). I suppose Carnegie Hall is trademarked? The room for wine tastings and book signings could certainly be “The Library”, and industrial would still suit it.

Is there a Russian word you could use?

Is the building already handicap accessible, for entry and toilets, etc? First thing you should do.

Also need to remind that the pandemic is not over so things should be arranged to allow for that, and also for looking forward. Lots of ventilation will make people more comfortable being in your store....

I am already talking to the historical society and local government on ADA.
