We have a bank of doors and windows (2 doors and three full-length windows) that go out to our deck. Both the deck and the windows/doors need to be replaced . If we use different contractors for the jobs, which is what we expect to do, which job should be done first? Both are actually at the point of falling apart (don't ask-I am desperate and know it should have been done at least five years ago). Here is a photo of the doors from the outside. I want to replace our deck with another wood deck, but with cable railing and we are thinking of having two sets of french doors (current ones are single doors attached to window section) with only the center window being stationary.

Thanks for any suggestions.
