I bought this table at CB2, but its not online anymore and I don't have the specs. I am assuming its real marble because its extremely heavy and does feel like it. But it has side seams which is strange?

It has a lot of scratching and etching and would like to refinish. Do you have any advice how to go about this? Would appreciate any help! Thank you!
