Will a tree with a crooked top fix itself over time.

We just planted our Spring Flurry Serviceberry. From the east and west views, the tree is straight. However, looking from the north and south, the top of the tree is leaning towards the east. The landscapers staked the bottom of the tree (not sure if this is totally necessary).
Should I use bamboo to stake the top of the tree to encourage it to grow straight, or it will naturally straighten over time? Thanks!
