19 yr old gunite pool, drained, pressure washed, areas in plaster have deteriorated porous. Purchased a bag of SMG Diamond Brite today. For one application new plaster to old plaster it calls for SMG Bond Kote - store is closed and may not have since they were aware of intended use and didn't mention. If a bonding product is needed are there any that are carried at a big box hardware? Also have plaster that is flaking mainly on steps, removing areas that have separated from concrete. Can Diamond Brite be placed without a bonding agent? Many Thanks
