You will never get a match so forget that the tile is probably now not even made anymore and the dye lots would be so differnt it would not look like the same tile even if you found it. IMO the tile is a very dated look so to add more IMO makes no sense. Maybe tell us where you are planning the extra and we can suggest something else completely .

I am not planning to add more of the tile. I wanted to use an extra piece to take with me to stores for color matching. The floor is in great shape, hides dirt, and is easy to clean so I am planning to keep it. Seems like everything comes back in style at some point.

It's not likely you'll be able to find an exact match. You could try finding a tile with similar colors at a tile store, then buying exactly one sample tile from the manufacturer to carry around with you. Another option is to take photos of the tile with a small index card piece of white paper to help the camera color balance. If those two ideas don't work for you, consider buying a fan deck from your favorite paint store. It will have a vast number of beiges and tans.

IMO a fan deck is always a great purchase and in this case a very good idea.
